Walk for mental health research

The Rotary Club of Kinglake Ranges proudly hosted their 2nd annual LIFT THE LID WALK in 2025!

 

These walks are a great way to spread awareness of the 1 in 5 Australians

who are suffering from a mental illness.

Help us Lift the Lid on Mental Illness this summer by walking with us! 

All proceeds go into mental health research through Australian Rotary Health.

What: 

A walk for our community

Where:

Meet at Kinglake Community Centre, 1 Exton Rd, Kinglake Central Walk
will start at 9.00am following the walking path down towards

Kinglake and then up Deviation Rd and back to Community Centre.

​

​Following the walk , on the grass area below the Community Centre there will be a

Show n Shine Car, Bike & Music Festival.

​​

Who: 

Anyone who has been impacted by or cares about Mental Health – dogs on a lead are welcome.

Entry fee: 

$30 for adults, early bird prior to Nov 1st include an event t-shirt. Kids 15 and under walk for free.

You will be able to purchase t-shirts for kids via the ticket site.

Support your local community, break down the barriers and stigma associated with mental health
